Please read through our Pet Policy:

 

🐾 Pets allowed in Casa Charlie are limited to Dogs and Cats.

 

🐾 We have limited designated standard rooms that allow for pets with a strict one (1) pet per room policy.

 

🐾 We require a non-refundable pet cleaning fee: 

• • Small Pets (10kg or less) – PhP 500.00 per night
  • Medium Pets (11kg to 22kg) – PhP 1,000 per night
  • Large Pets (22kg to 50kg) – PhP 1,500 per night

🐾 We will require an incidental deposit of PhP 5,000.00 per room on top of the room incidental charges to cover any damages that may be made. The full amount will be refunded if no damages are incurred. Any damages exceeding the deposit will be charged to the guest accordingly.

 

🐾 Pet owners must keep their pets in an enclosed crate or stroller when passing through common areas. For larger pets, the owners must keep them on a leash and the pet must have a diaper on at all times.

 

🐾 Pets are not allowed on the furniture in the common areas, especially the lobby.

 

🐾 Pets should never be left unattended in the rooms and common areas at all times.

 

🐾 Pet owners must ensure that the pets brought into the hotel are updated with their vaccinations. We will be requiring that the pets be vaccinated with anti-tick or fleas medication within 5 days of checking into the hotel.

 

🐾 Pet owners must send a scanned copy of  the pet’s complete updated vaccination card to hello@casacharlieph.com at least 3 days prior to their booking.

 

🐾 Pet owners are responsible for bringing all needs of the pets including dishes or bowls for their meals, litter boxes, diapers, etc.
