House Rules

To make sure everyone enjoys their stay, please take a moment to review our house rules:  

  1. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in: Starts at 2:00 PM     |       Check-out: By 12:00 NN
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Quiet Hours
  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  1. No Smoking Indoors
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor common areas.
  • Designated smoking areas are available on the 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor Terraces.
  1. Food & Beverage
  • Guests are allowed to bring outside food and beverages but cooking inside the rooms are strictly prohibited.
  • We also have two restaurants in the premises: Lazy Days Coffee Co. & Lucky Restaurant
  1. Community Pantry
  • We have a Community Pantry located on the ground floor at Room 112, just across the lobby. Guests are welcome to use the amenities in this room — including the microwave, kettle, water dispenser, and refrigerator. We respectfully ask that all items be kept clean and returned to their proper place after use for the comfort of all guests.
  1. Visitors
  • For safety and comfort, all visitors must register at the front desk. Overnight visitors are not allowed without prior arrangement and will be charged the extra person rate.
  1. Damages & Losses
  • An incidental fee of Php 1,000.00 for Standard & Deluxe Rooms and Php 1,500.00 for Lofts will be charged during check-in and will be returned upon check-out, provided there are no damages to the room.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property or missing items from the room during their stay; the cost will be deducted from their deposit.
  1. Room Keys
  • Lost or unreturned room keys are subject to a Php 350.00 replacement fee.
  1. Housekeeping
  • We provide room cleaning every three (3) nights to ensure your comfort. If you’d like your room freshened up sooner, just let our front desk know and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. A small additional fee will apply.
  1. Sustainability
  • Help us stay green! Please reuse towels if possible and turn off lights and air-conditioning when not in use.
  1. Emergency Contact
