Rebooking Policy

This policy applies only to guests who book directly with Casa Charlie via email, phone, or our official website.

For reservations made through third-party booking platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, or Expedia, the cancellation and rebooking terms stated on those platforms will apply. Casa Charlie is not authorised to modify, cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third-party reservations.

 

Rebooking Policy

Free Rebooking Window

Guests may modify or rebook their stay free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. Rebooking is  subject to room availability and any rate differences on the new dates.

Late Rebooking Requests (requests made within 24 to 72 hours before the day of check-in)

A rebooking fee of 30% of the original booking will apply. Guests may choose to rebook their stay to another date within six (6) months of the original check-in date. Rebooking is subject to room availability and will follow the room rates of the new booking.

Within 24 hours / Same Day / No-Show

Casa Charlie will not accommodate refund or rebooking requests within 24 hours of the date of check-in.  Guests who do not check-in on their reserved date without prior notice will be charged in full. 

Group Bookings / Special Events

For bookings of three (3) rooms or more, or during peak and event periods, the rebooking window is 48 hours and will follow the current room rates & availability. A rebooking fee of 30% of the original booking will apply.

 

 

Force Majeure / Natural Disaster Policy

Typhoons, Flight Cancellations, or Other Unforeseen Events


If a guest’s travel plans are disrupted due to natural disasters, government-declared travel restrictions, flight cancellations, or severe weather conditions (such as typhoons) that make travel unsafe or impossible:

  • Guests will have to provide proof of inability to travel (e.g. cancelled flight document)

  • Guests may rebook their stay at no additional charge within six (6) months of the original booking date subject to room availability, rate differences & management’s approval.
